How it works

Build your trading record
Trade consistently through Olickhom for at least three consecutive months.
Complete KYC
Provide accurate identity details and clear required verification photographs.
Review your available limit
Your commission performance determines eligibility and the available amount.
Read and accept the terms
Acceptance is mandatory before an application can be submitted.
Apply and receive a decision
Approved funds are made available through Olickhom's designated disbursement channel.

Agent Loan Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Facilities are exclusively for registered Olickhom Airtime Agents. An agent must have traded actively for at least three consecutive months and submitted all required KYC documentation.

2. Assessment and limits

Eligibility and limits are based on average monthly commission, trading history, commission performance and Olickhom's internal assessment. Approval remains at Olickhom's discretion.

3. Disbursement

Approved amounts are disbursed through designated channels. The approved amount, repayment schedule and applicable fees will be communicated before disbursement.

4. Repayment

By accepting a loan, the agent authorizes Olickhom to deduct repayments from earned and future commissions until the balance, fees and charges are fully settled.

5. KYC and verification

Information and documents must be accurate and complete. False, misleading or incomplete information may lead to rejection or cancellation.

6. Default and recovery

Failure to comply may result in suspension of loan privileges or other services. Olickhom may take lawful recovery measures.

7. Amendments

Olickhom may amend these terms. Updated terms take effect upon publication or communication to agents.

8. Acceptance

By applying for and accepting an Agent Loan, the agent confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
