These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Olickhom Airtime Agent Referral Commission Program (“Referral Program”). By registering as an Olickhom Airtime Agent and participating in this Referral Program, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
1.1 To qualify for referral commission, you must first register as an Agent.
1.2 Upon successful registration, you will be issued with a unique Agent Code and a Commission Account.
2. Referral Process
2.1 After registration, you may invite friends or other individuals to download the Olickhom App from the Google Play Store.
2.2 The referred individual must also register as an Agent.
2.3 During their registration, the referred agent must enter your Agent Code in the referral field for the referral to be valid.
3. Commission Entitlement
3.1 You will earn a referral commission when your referred agents sell airtime for Safaricom, Faiba, or Telkom through the Olickhom platform (app, USSD or website).
3.2 Commissions are credited to your Commission Account and will be subject to Olickhom’s payment and withdrawal policies.
3.3 If your referral fails to enter your Agent Code during registration, you will not be entitled to any commission on their airtime sales.
4. General Conditions
4.1 This Referral Program applies only to Safaricom, Faiba, and Telkom airtime sales made by referred agents. Other products and services are excluded unless Olickhom communicates otherwise.
4.2 Olickhom reserves the right to:
- Verify referrals and transactions.
- Withhold or cancel commissions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
- Modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Your continued participation in the Referral Program signifies acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Olickhom will not be held liable for:
- Failure of referrals to register correctly.
