1. Become a Safaricom Bingwa Sokoni Agent

You must first be registered as a Safaricom Bingwa Sokoni Agent before you can use the Olickhom Bingwa App.

2. Ensure You Have Enough Credit

Before selling data or minutes, always make sure your Safaricom line has enough airtime credit.

3. What the App Does

The Olickhom Bingwa App is used to sell Safaricom data bundles and minutes to your customers.

4. Buy Tokens Before Use

The app requires tokens to process transactions. Ensure you buy enough tokens to keep your services running. You can buy tokens from as little as Ksh 1.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to make sure every customer receives the data or minutes they purchase through your till number.

6. Have a Buy Goods Till Number

You must have an active Buy Goods Till Number in order to operate the app.

7. Insert Your SIM in Slot 1

The Safaricom line used for selling data or minutes must be placed in the SIM 1 slot of your phone.

8. Allow App Permissions

Immediately after installing the app, make sure you grant all permissions requested so the app can function properly.
