Olickhom Airtime Integration Terms and Conditions for Merchants Paybill

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the integration of merchant paybill services with Olickhom Airtime's system.

1.2 By integrating your paybill with Olickhom Airtime's system, you ("Merchant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Olickhom Airtime" refers to the company providing server hosting and integration services.

2.2 "Merchant" refers to the individual or entity using Olickhom Airtime's system to host their paybill.

2.3 "Services" refer to the integration and hosting of the Merchant's paybill on Olickhom Airtime's servers to facilitate the sale of airtime.

3. Service Provision

3.1 Olickhom Airtime agrees to provide integration and server hosting services for the Merchant's paybill.

3.2 Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

3.3 Registration and account setup for the Services are free.

4. Merchant Obligations

4.1 The Merchant must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our Services.

4.2 The Merchant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4.3 The Merchant agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Services.

4.4 The Merchant is responsible for the legality and validity of the airtime sold through the paybill service.

4.5 The Merchant is required to purchase airtime float to facilitate the sale of airtime to their customers.

4.6 The Merchant is responsible for all payments made by customers to their paybill and must ensure accurate and timely processing of these transactions.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 While registration and account setup for the Services are free, the Merchant is required to buy airtime float as needed.

5.2 The Merchant must ensure timely payment for the airtime float to maintain uninterrupted service.

5.3 Commission rates will be displayed on the Merchant's account and are subject to change at Olickhom Airtime's discretion.

6. Data Security and Privacy

6.1 Olickhom Airtime will implement reasonable security measures to protect the Merchant's data.

6.2 The Merchant is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws.

6.3 Olickhom Airtime will not be liable for any data breaches or losses resulting from unauthorized access to the Merchant's account.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Olickhom Airtime aims to provide continuous availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Olickhom Airtime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.

9.2 Termination will be effective immediately upon receipt of the notice.

9.3 Upon termination, the Merchant must cease all use of the Services, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

10. Modifications

10.1 Olickhom Airtime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2 Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or upon notifying the Merchant.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olickhom Airtime operates.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration.
